By accessing, reading, or subscribing to the Essential AI™ Master Series, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and INNOS Enterprise LLC ("INNOS Enterprise," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Essential AI™ Master Series or any related content, pages, or services offered at innosenterprise.com.

The Essential AI™ Master Series is offered at $19.00 USD per month. This price is never discounted. Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis through Stripe, our payment processor.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• You may cancel at any time through your subscription management link or by contacting info@innosenterprise.com.
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• INNOS Enterprise reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
• Free access to Issue 01 is provided without payment and does not constitute a subscription.

Upon subscription, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Essential AI™ Master Series content for your personal and professional use only.

• Access is granted to one individual subscriber. Sharing login credentials or issue access with others is prohibited.
• Issues may be saved or printed for your personal reference.
• You may apply the skills, frameworks, and methods taught in each issue to your professional and personal work without restriction.
• Archive access is available to active paid subscribers only. Access terminates upon cancellation.

All content in the Essential AI™ Master Series — including but not limited to issue text, frameworks, methodologies, brand names, design systems, graphics, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of INNOS Enterprise LLC and is protected under U.S. and international copyright law.

• Essential AI™ and INNOS Enterprise® are trademarks of INNOS Enterprise LLC.
• The SEE IT. DO IT. LEVEL UP.™ framework, Dynamic Learning™, Curator's Corner™, AI Essentials Mastery™, and all branded series names are proprietary to INNOS Enterprise LLC.
• Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, resale, or sharing of any issue content — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.
• Copyright registration is on file with the U.S. Copyright Office for published issues.

You may not use the Essential AI™ Master Series content for any of the following:

• Uploading, feeding, or submitting issue content to any AI system, language model, or automated tool for the purpose of replication, summarization for redistribution, or creation of competing derivative works.
• Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing issue content to third parties.
• Using issue content to train, fine-tune, or develop any AI or machine learning model.
• Reproducing issue content in any commercial publication, course, or product without written permission from INNOS Enterprise LLC.
• Circumventing any technical measures used to restrict access to paid content.

The Essential AI™ Master Series is provided "as is" and "as available." INNOS Enterprise LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any issue content.

AI platforms referenced in each issue (Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, ChatGPT) are operated by third parties. INNOS Enterprise LLC is not responsible for changes to those platforms that may affect the applicability of issue instructions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INNOS Enterprise LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Essential AI™ Master Series, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall INNOS Enterprise LLC's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

INNOS Enterprise LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Essential AI™ Master Series at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to INNOS Enterprise LLC, other subscribers, or third parties.

Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.

INNOS Enterprise LLC may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Essential AI™ Master Series after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
